Shipping & Delivery

Kuldeep Enterprises dispatches all orders from our workshop in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh. We ship pan-India by road transport and courier, and this policy explains how dispatch, lead times, and freight work for our enquiry-based ordering process.

Order confirmation

We do not process payments or orders online. Every order is confirmed manually over WhatsApp or phone after we've discussed quantity, specification, and delivery location with you, and agreed a quote.

Dispatch and transit

Standard catalogue items are typically dispatched within 2–5 working days of order confirmation, depending on quantity. Transit time then depends on your location and the transport/courier service used — generally 3–10 working days pan-India.

Bulk and custom orders

Large bulk orders and items requiring custom work — such as engraved medals or customised badges — need additional production time. We'll confirm a realistic lead time when you place the order, based on quantity and the customisation involved.

Freight and charges

Freight is either borne by the buyer (for transport/courier paid on delivery) or quoted as part of the order, depending on what we agree at the time of confirmation. Any freight terms will always be communicated clearly before dispatch — there are no hidden shipping charges.

Tracking and delivery issues

Once your order is dispatched, we'll share transport/courier details so you can track it. If goods arrive damaged or a shipment is delayed, contact us on WhatsApp or phone and we'll help resolve it with the transporter.
